Return Window:
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from your purchase date. After 15 days, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
IMPORTANT HALLOWEEN DEADLINE:
NO returns are accepted on Halloween costumes and/or accessories after October 15th at 11:59 PM. All Halloween return requests must be submitted before this deadline. Our automated system has safeguards in place that prevent our team from overriding this policy – any unauthorized returns will be rejected or discarded at the sender’s expense.

• Halloween costumes/accessories after October 18th
• Intimate or sanitary goods (panties, bikini bottoms, etc.)
• All sale/marked-down items (final sale)
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Health and personal care items
• Orders delivered late due to carrier issues (contact USPS directly)
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by a return authorization number
Returns without authorization will be rejected and returned to you or discarded at your expense.
• Customer pays return shipping costs
• Use trackable service for items over $75
• We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
• Ship to address provided with your authorization number
Once received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding approval/rejection. Used or damaged items will be rejected at your expense.
